How do I pay for my order?
We accept company, personal check, and cash only.

Do I get to see and feel a “sample” shirt before ordering?
- If you want to feel the quality of the shirts, we strongly recommend you order one piece. The single sample-shirt will be charged at 12 pieces pricing. However, the sample-shirt won ' t have any embroidery or screen printing on it. You will pay for the shipping and the cost of the sample shirt. The cost of the shirt will be refunded once you return to us.

Will I be notified after my order has shipped?
All the order shipped out will receive an e-mail notification with the tracking number and detail on the shipment.

How do I approve my artwork?
- After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail for “ Artwork Approval ” . You have the opportunity to approve or revise your artwork.
- Please allow 2-3 business days for artwork preparation and artwork approval.
- For embroidery, we will e-mail you an image of actual sewn embroidery for approval. We will not embroidery your order without your prior approval.
- For screen printing, we e-mail you a pre-production proof before we print your order. We will not screen print your order without your approval.

How long does it take to process the order?
- Delivery to your door, generally takes about 10-14 business days.
- For rush order, 30% will be added.
- Receive your artwork and poof in 24 to 48 hours.
- Production in 2-3 days. Please call us for availability.

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with what you got, if your product is not what you order, if the logo isn't match to what you created / uploaded, if the design is not what you approved, if the material has defects, just contact us within one week you receive the shipment. To make you completely satisfy, at your choice, we will replace the order or issue you a full store credit.

Unfortunately, we can not give you refund.

Cancel/Changing an Order
Please contact Customer Service immediately, providing us the order number.
If your order is in the setup process, you will be responsible for $75.00 setup fee for embroidery, or $35.00 per color for screen printing.
If your order is in production, you will not able to cancel or modify it.
